Watching my weight/physique after injuries, what else can I do if exercise is limited? - bike shaped cakes
I was in 2 car accidents in the last 2 months. I am healing well, but still in severe pain, spasms and pain that I do to prevent much movement.
I can not run or bike for more than 5 or 10 minutes because of pain in his back and ribs, and shortness of breath that everyone should be improved.
I can not really lift anything over 20 or 25 pounds. I have a few games of loops and more than 30 pesos per pound, but most often in pain to the point where it would stop. I work more than 20 pounds, not too much pressure on me at all.
Abdominal and chest still hurts quite consistent.
I think in the form of another reason that my general health is good, and I was proud for a while she lost over 80 pounds and had a very toned body. I more or less lost his voice during the two months after my accident, because, well, I can not really much more than long walks.
Something to do what they want, but I am nott eat on homemade cookies or birthday cake and ice cream, or take a few beers with friends. I have not grown, but I feel the need to look a little closer, because I lack of activity lately. My appetite has remained the same and try to slow down, do not eat, but not much, but now they are things for a little more healthy (lots of fruit and yogurt, for example).
In any case, I would like some advice on some exercises I can do to burn calories during the day, with minimal impact.
